Today, the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV) endorsed Nick Menapace to represent the 37th House District of the CT General Assembly including the towns of East Lyme, Salem, and Montville. Voters have long relied on CTLCV's endorsements to identify candidates who will champion environmental protection. “Nick Menapace’s dedication to preserving natural habitats and advocating for open space in East Lyme highlights his strong commitment to environmental stewardship,” said Lori Brown, CTLCV Executive Director. “His focus on advancing green energy initiatives and integrating composting programs within schools demonstrates a clear vision for fostering environmental awareness and sustainability for all ages. We are confident he will be a proactive and effective advocate for environmental issues in the upcoming legislative session.” To receive CTLCV’s endorsement, all candidates must have completed a Survey on the Environment. Endorsements are issued based on candidates’ responses and demonstrated leadership on specific issues. Comments are closed.
